Kirovets К-703МА-AS and К-703М-AS

four-tower and eight-tower mobile welding machines on the basis of the industrial modules Kirovets.

The welding machine is mounted on the basis of the universal tractor module K-703M (A) and intended for manual or semiautomatic electric welding of pipelines with constant current under field conditions.

High cross-country ability is its main advantage compared to analogous machines with vehicle chassis. The machine can be used by well piping, compressor stations mounting and supplementary work which is connected with welding process. The welding equipment is activated from the module engine. In standard configuration the machine has 4(8) welding stations operated on the three-phased generator BG-100 (BG-200). The machine can be equipped with various kinds of booms.

Machines with increased base are produced which have a number of advantages:

the base increase from 3750 m to 5100 m allows to place on a cargo half-frame

  • a heat-insulated body with a generator and welding equipment, a boom of increased load-carrying ability, a metal welder booth.
  • an arched cargo boom of increased length (6 m) has increased load-carrying ability (1 t). The boom turn, lifting, carriage advance are proceeded with a hydraulic drive from the tractor cab.
  • the boom carriage advance with the help of a hydraulic cylinder allows to move the welder’s booth 1 m along the boom, what decreases the elapsed time for the installing of the booth on a pipeline.
  • the metal booth protects the welding spot, what allows to perform quality weld joints by any weather conditions.

CAB TYPE AND ITS EQUIPMENT

 Two-seater, all-metal, with thermo-, vibration and noise insulation; with a built-in safety cage protecting the driver by the machine overthrow (ROPS) and against falling objects (FOPS).

The driver’s seat is spring-mounted.

There are two defroster fans of the windshields and rear windows, the windows are tinted.

There are two heaters.
